This tour will take you to the largest National park in Kenya known for its red soil and an abundance of large mammals including the vast herds of dust-red elephants, Lions, Buffaloes, Leopards and much more, there is also more than 450 recorded bird species in the park.
We will give option of the lodges to choose from either budget, mid-range or luxury hotel. we enjoy great discounts from most of the hotels
Start your journey from the SGR station in Nairobi in which we are very happy to book the tickets for you. This journey will begin at 8 am from the station, there are a lot of beautiful sceneries on the way to see which will make the journey more exciting. You will arrive at 12 pm at the Voi SGR station where your Guide will be waiting to pick you up and head to your lodge inside Tsavo east National park. You will arrive in time for lunch at the famous Salt lick resort and check in. In this lodge you will have a magnificent view of the park and if lucky you will be able to see Elephants having a drink in the water holes . You will depart your lodge at 3 pm to have a short game drive till 6 pm, after the game drive you will be driven back to your resort for dinner and overnight stay
We will begin this day with an early morning game drive before sunrise to be able to spot the big Cats returning from the nocturnal hunts from about 6 am to 8 am. Return back to the resort for full breakfast.
We will have another game drive which will be an extensive one to be able to spot as much wildlife and cover the park as much as possible.
We will drive back to the resort in time for hot lunch, then have a little rest until 3 pm and begin our game drive until 6 pm.
We will have an early breakfast, head straight to the SGR station in Voi and catch your train which departs at 9.40 am heading to Nairobi.
This will mark the end of the tour.
