Ol Pejeta is situated at the foothills of Mt. Kenya and when the day is clear your treated to a spectacular view of the 2nd highest mountain in Africa. It is home to the big 5 and also has a good population of Rhinos making it one of the largest Rhino sanctuary in East Africa other rare animals are also the elusive wild dogs, The conservancy is also filled with different species of birds which is a haven for all the bird watchers, Ol Pejeta offers a wide range of activities for you to do either alone or in a large group
We will pick you up at 7 am from your hotel, residence or airport and begin our drive to head in Ol Pejeta. We will have a brief stop over at the equator which is an imaginary line that divides the earth in to 2 hemispheres, and from there it is not far from the conservancy. We will go ahead and check in and have a game drive while heading to our hotel, we will have lunch then have a short rest then go ahead and do a game drive from 3 pm to 6 pm.
We will give you the option of either to have an early morning game drive before having breakfast that will be around 6 am and come back for breakfast at around 8 am or first have breakfast then go for the game drive. We will have an extensive game drive and try and spot as much as possible in the conservancy. We will also have a chance to meet Baraka, the black rhino, you will be able to feed it, touch it and take pictures. We will begin our Journey back to Nairobi after we have checked out from the hotel
Upon arrival we will drop you off at your hotel or residence within Nairobi
